Do we really have rights? The typical answer I expect is, “Of course we do!” Before you blurt that answer out, I’m not asking about what our Founding Fathers intended when they wrote our Constitution. We all know that answer!

We all know and agree that the intention was that “We the people” have “inalienable rights that come from God alone.” Therefore, the Constitution intended that these rights should be guaranteed!

However, do we really have rights? “We the people” elected our representatives to make laws that protect us as Americans and to be our voice! What happens when the laws passed are not enforced, do we really have rights?

Immigration laws, for example, are not enforced by federal agencies, individual states, or rogue judges, so the will of the people is not carried out. In fact “elected representatives” fly to a foreign land to assure deported aliens get returned! Do we really have rights? Apparently, illegal aliens have rights, but do we as Americans?

Somali fraudsters in Minnesota, have any of them been prosecuted? I’m talking billions of dollars of American taxpayer money that has been stolen, has anyone at least been deported? I know the consequences if you and me stole just $100 dollars from the government, but how about justice when our taxpayer dollars are stolen by foreigners or a party’s special interest?

Even American citizen criminals, are they guaranteed to do significant jail time anymore?  For example, if a man shows up to a track meet and stabs a person in the heart after being told to go away multiple times, is it even up for debate? Do we as the law abiding citizens have rights anymore? I know in this scenario the person was found guilty, but it was doubtful for a while.

The mainstream media doesn’t report facts anymore, instead, they shape narratives. Narratives consistent with liberal ideologies of open borders and soft on crime policies. Law and order is villainized, while lawlessness is excused or minimized. When justice is obviously needed, the media spins and causes racial division. So, if the media is shaping policy by manipulating public sentiment, do we really have rights?

Are we guided by the Constitution where all our rights are enshrined, or do we react purely by emotion? If the partisan media dictates the latter, then do we really have rights?

“We the people” keep reelecting the same politicians, accepting the dereliction of duty, or not rising up in protest that our wills have been ignored! So again I ask you, do we really have rights?

If local, state, or federal government declared today that we do not have a right to free speech, what are we going to do about it?

If local, state, or federal government declared today that you do not have a right to bear arms, what are we going to do about it?

If local, state or federal government declared today that we no longer have the right to peaceful assembly or to petition the government, what are we going to do about it?

The fact that laws are seldom enforced to protect and provide safety and general welfare of “we the people,” proves to the government that there is no resistance. If the tyranny during the Covid “epidemic” proved anything, is that “we the people” surrender our rights very easily.

Remember: if we do not fight for our rights, it’s because we don’t believe we have any! If we had rights, as our Founding Fathers intended, we’d be firing politicians, replacing bureaucrats, and demanding law and order.

Instead, we believe the narratives shaped by the media, and we are moved by emotions by a loud and destructive leftist mob. A brother in Christ friend of mine recently and accurately called it the mob mentality.

Every time a law that “we the people” enacted gets ignored, we surrender our rights. Every time a politician or a member of the media lies to us without repercussions, we surrender our rights. Every time a criminal receives no consequences, we surrender our rights.

So, I ask you one more time: Do we really have rights?

Despotism is a condition covered in my book: “Life, Liberty, & Political Happiness.” This is the insatiable need to be in control. When Despotism is coupled with auto-phobia (self-hate) then you have the non-coping, people-problems we are seeing today in America. I call them Auto-phobic Despots and they are dangerous.

This condition affects leftists, specifically the ones with purple hair and unsightly piercings in the facial areas. They are typically unemployed, but they do occasionally bring in some income as paid agitators. They also enjoy making TikTok videos voicing their displeasure with primal screams when things don’t go their way.

We’ve all known these people are crazy, but now we know the actual condition’s name, which afflicts so many of our purple-haired agitators. 

One quick example of auto-phobic despotism in action is in their zeal for unlimited illegal immigration. They want gardeners, maids, and crop pickers in this country, not because they love them, but for their cheap labor services. They don’t even try to conceal it anymore! 

It’s not hard to find a video montage of Democrat politicians bemoaning the potential spike in produce at the grocery store, or other services, if hardline immigration enforcement is implemented. 

One of the most racist things I’ve heard as an American who has Hispanic heritage came recently from a prominent Democrat politician. He said, without Hispanics, who’s going to clean our toilets?” That’s all we are to these people?

In regard to price of things going up, God forbid that wages rise for blue collar Americans! There was a time Democrats claimed to be the working man’s party. I’m sorry to inform you that the working class has been prioritized by their affinity for illegal aliens.

However, these auto-phobic despots do not want to associate with, nor do they want illegal aliens living in their communities! Do I have to remind everyone about the illegal aliens removed from Martha’s Vineyard? 

Gated communities full of white liberals will welcome them (upon proper vetting at the gates) to their communities for services. However, come 5 PM, they better be out of the premises!

Auto-phobic despots are blinded to their obvious hypocrisy because they don’t see that they are consumed by guilt for living in a wealthy nation. They hate (auto-phobia) their own country for what they perceive as living in “materialistic” ways.

They also hate their country for its “imperialist”past (as they characterize it). They uncontrollably hate and demand that everyone comply with their warped worldview because they feel they must make amends for these “sins” of the past and present.

Auto-phobic despots are the very people that attacked ICE and Border Patrol agents in Minnesota who were performing targeted operations. In other words, they knew specifically who they were going to arrest. In this case, it was criminal illegal aliens.

Herein lies the problem with this mental illness: they’re willing to go to jail, and in some cases, die for rapists, gang members, and murderers that ICE was arresting.

These same auto-phobic despots are now making a spectacle in Newark, New Jersey. Why? As a child throwing a tantrum gets his way, so has the government cowered to the mentally ill masses and given them their way.

The Trump Administration sacrificed the great Greg Bovino to appease them. Chief Bovino was the face of the branch of our government that was actually deporting people trying to get in and the ones already in the United States.

By offering Bovino as a sacrificial lamb, we sent those mentally ill people the wrong message. We affirmed that their behaviors can lead to policy change.

Are we allowing illegal aliens to run wild because mentally ill people refuse to address their guilt and self-loathing?

As long as the illegal aliens stay out of trouble, and they stay out of your gated community then it’s okay? As long as they eventually vote to keep you in power, then it’s okay?

Auto-phobic despots know I’m right! They hate brown people unless they are cleaning their toilets, mowing their lawns, or washing their dishes. However, they hate their “materialistic” and “imperialistic” country even more, so they tolerate the brown people and literally throw scraps their way.

Auto-phobic despots hate their own country’s customs, language, religion, heritage, laws, and everything it represents. They are willing to import millions of people without vetting them in order to fundamentally transform this country. When this country is destroyed and relegated to a 3rd world country status (maybe then) their guilt will subside.

Let’s be realistic, the erratic behavior will not cease! Yes, the cyclical clown show of hypocrisy will keep on churning! It was never really about accepting new immigrants, which would quell their guilt. This was always about controlling you! That, my dear readers, is the auto-phobic despot!

With Bovino sacrificed, we still don’t shut up the lunatics. In fact, they are louder! We have less immigration enforcement, but look at the bright side: you can get three cucumbers for a dollar at your local supermarket!

During a recent Bible class I was attending, the instructor stumped the class when he asked, “What is the 2nd law of thermodynamics?” He went on to make a Biblical application; I will make an immigration application.

The answer to this question is: the 2nd law of thermodynamics is a natural process that is irreversible, and energy always tends to disperse and spread out over time. Energy tends to move from a state of higher concentration to a state of lower concentration.

For example, when a cup of coffee is served hot (as it should be) with time, it turns lukewarm and sometimes cold. This process doesn’t happen in reverse. The energy, which makes the coffee hot, gets spent and disperses. So, if you want to enjoy a nice hot cup of coffee, drink up!

Another example of the 2nd law of thermodynamics would be when a new home is built, it is solid and stout. However, with time and zero maintenance, it falls apart. The key words toward my (eventual) point is that “with zero maintenance” it falls apart.

This is a universally understood principle that all the scientific community understands. Energy gets spent with time, and natural processes break down. If you want to take advantage of the good energy, time is of the essence.

Immigration law falls victim to this 2nd law of thermodynamics! All immigration law starts off strong, as a response to current political sentiment. However, with time it falls apart or gets cold for a whole host of reasons.

A lack of political willpower, negative public sentiment, and ignorance of the law are just a few examples of reasons our immigration law is slowly losing energy and falling apart today. The American immigration laws have become nothing but a cold cup of coffee.

Our founding fathers served it hot because they knew that we, as a sovereign nation, had a right to protect our borders and to assure public safety and general defense and security (Article I, Section 8, Part 1).

Our founding fathers also knew we needed to establish a rule of law for the immigration and naturalization process (Article I, Section 8, Part 4). So, our founding document (the United States Constitution) started off piping hot!

Congress kept it hot by passing numerous immigration laws throughout the years consistent with Article I, Section 8. For example, in 1882 they passed the Chinese Exclusion Act as a response to an excessive influx of Chinese immigrants. They saw a problem and lit it on fire!

Congress again passed legislation in 1924, called the Labor Appropriation Act of 1924, which included the creation of the U.S. Border Patrol. This was a response to “we the people” wanting protections and safety at our borders. They saw a need and kept the coffee pot burning!

Again in 1952, Congress passed the Immigration and Nationality Act, which addressed many removal, naturalization, and admission issues. This law also unified past immigration laws into a very robust and comprehensive immigration rule of law that exists even today, specifically most Title 8 laws. If you prefer tea, it’s so hot that I can hear the whistle of the boiling teapot!

Today, however, the 2nd law of thermodynamics has set in. That (once robust) fire is a harmless heap of embers. Some people would argue that only smoke remains. Even under the Trump Administration, we are seeing smoke and mirrors.

Sure, Tom Homan talks the talk, but leftist activists are the ones walking all over ICE facilities throughout the United States and calling the shots! They are literally building barriers/walls to keep ICE contained. They are literally setting up checkpoints to keep ICE out! The irony, is laughable, if it weren’t so infuriatingly true!

Although immigration law has not changed, it has lost its energy and fierceness. The politicians that wrote it, ignore it. The citizens that the law was meant to protect, are instead protecting noncitizens from the law.

I saw it coming a mile away! The moment that the Trump Administration caved in Minnesota, it gave rise to many more to come! Greg Bovino, the one actually carrying the torch and keeping things hot, was sold out! If the Trump Administration will not put forth the immigration energy, it will undoubtedly get cold.

If a Republican Trump Administration, will not enforce written immigrations law, then it will crumble with “zero maintenance”. Trump is wasting the opportunity he has been entrusted to perform. The coffee is served, yet it sits untouched on the coffee table.

The immigration coffee cup is getting colder by the minute. The only winners are soy-boy, iced coffee-drinking leftists and their overweight, purple-haired he-she companions. My apologies (in advance) to my readers who like iced coffee (I’m trying to make a point here!)

If the Trump Administration is not doing anything about it, then a Democrat administration definitely will not act! Immigration law, consistent with the 2nd law of thermodynamics, will make this inaction…irreversible! As irreversible as a cold cup of coffee!

I’m certain many Americans are gearing up to enjoy the Memorial Day holiday weekend. Apparently, it has become the unofficial kick-off to Summer. I’m talking vacations, picnics, cook-outs, concerts, and all things water fun!

I do not begrudge anyone from enjoying their freedoms with family and friends in this great country of ours! We need to enjoy life that comes from those freedoms that come from the sacrifice of American heroes. I just hope everyone pauses for a moment to reflect on why we get to enjoy those freedoms.

I’m not going to get on a high-horse or anything of the sort because there’s plenty of reminders and admonishments this time of year. Instead, I’m asking my readers to indulge me a moment, while I share an untold Memorial Day story of a wonderful man who I consider to be an American hero. 

His name is Roy T and he is a Vietnam Veteran. He served in the U.S. Army in a combat capacity. Yes, he was drafted and no, he didn’t flee to Canada! His country called and he answered the call. Roy T does not surrender easily and definitely not to fear.

I choose to withhold his last name because this article is written without his knowledge. I’m relying heavily on his sister’s first-hand account. Roy T is too humble to allow this story to be told, but it needs to be told!

Every Sunday happens to be a Memorial Day for me because we get to remember the ultimate sacrifice of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior when we partake of the Lord’s Supper. As an added treat, I’m reminded of sacrifice when I have the honor of shaking Roy T’s hand at church.

He is a quiet man whose humble demeanor and soft spoken ways conceals the traumatic story hidden behind those eyes. Even the eyes don’t surrender the reality buried deep within his heart; tucked away with all the pain where the traumatic truth remains.

I can’t even imagine the shock and horror that he rarely mentions. Roy T reportedly seldom speaks of his experiences. I will respect his silence and will not get into the incredible details I have been given. That’s not my story to tell.

You’ve heard the saying: If you’re going to talk the talk, you’re going to have to walk the walk. Well, Roy T doesn’t talk about his experiences because he walked the walk in Vietnam…right onto a land mine! So, does he even need to talk?

If Roy T doesn’t want to talk about it, it’s because he doesn’t have to say a word! Roy T has the scars on his back, the nerve damage on his right hand, and one too many of his brothers in arms memorialized on a wall in DC, which proves his walk. Oh yeah…there’s also a Purple Heart medal that speaks volumes of his bravery and sacrifice.

Roy T didn’t come home from the war to a hero’s parade, nor did his own family have the chance to properly welcome him home at an airport. He was flown home to America to a hospital in El Paso, Texas (not his hometown) after a stint at a Japanese trauma hospital. 

I will not get into the long, painful recovery and rehabilitation Roy T endured, but one can only wonder, who even survives stepping on a land mine? Again, Roy T does not surrender easily.

To say that Roy T is lucky to be alive is an understatement. There was so much more than a land mine, there was evidently a fierce battle that ensued! Again, it’s not my place to give the graphic details that Roy T rarely mentions.

However, after the war, after the painful rehab, and after the wounds mostly healed, the incredible untold story begins. That’s the part of the story I want to share…the aftermath.

Roy T could have tried to dull the pain with drugs and alcohol. Roy T could have been another suicide statistic. I’m nobody to judge a soldier’s coping skills, and every person is different as to how they address the demons in their head. However, Roy T does not surrender to substances or an early exit from life. No, not Roy T! 

Instead, Roy continued to serve, not in the battlefield, but as a nurse at a Veterans Hospital. This speaks to Roy’s character. Roy T is a helper, and he helped veterans who couldn’t or wouldn’t help themselves. 

I’m fairly certain that in 1970 they didn’t quite comprehend PTSD, or they didn’t have the interventions and resources they have today for our brave warriors. However, I’m certain many veterans opened up and benefited from the ever so helpful Roy T.

Roy T coped with trauma and pain by helping others inflicted with trauma and pain! In a way, Roy T was a pioneer in mental trauma rehabilitation by simply being available to listen, not just as a medical field worker, but as a peer. If that’s not a hero, then I don’t know what one is!

Many people go off to war and come back a different person. Some would argue that a piece of them remained at that foreign land. Roy T’s sister assured me that Roy is the same gentle, caring person she knew before he went off to war. She always considered him as not only a big brother, but also as a father figure.

I honestly do not know who Roy T was before the war, but I have no reason to doubt his sister’s reflection. I never knew Roy T personally until a couple of years ago. However, I knew of him, since I went to school with his twin boys.

Yes, after the war, Roy started his career as a nurse, found love, started a family, was widowed, and found love again. Roy didn’t surrender to the cruel aftermath of his war scars. Contrarily, Roy T embraced life and lived it to its fullest.

After years of fighting for his life, helping others, and carrying the weight of the world. Roy T finally surrendered. Roy didn’t surrender to death, addiction, or depression. Roy T surrendered to Christ.

The Roy T that never surrenders, gave up his old life in order to walk in the newness of life in Christ. Roy’s sister says he’s always been a good and moral man that knew the truth of Christ. However, Roy finally surrendered his burdens to Christ. That (to me) is heroic!

Until two years ago, I dismissed Roy T as my classmate’s dad who was a nurse at the VA hospital. If that’s all I knew or thought about Roy T, then I was failing to see the man behind the joy of my Summer festivities.

I know I have fallen short in detailing the full heroics of this great man, but that would require me giving details of a story that is not my story to tell. 

However, the character, grit, courage, determination, resilience, and faith of Roy T…well, that untold story was my honor to share with you my readers!

I hope everyone has a wonderful Memorial Day weekend. Thank you Roy T for making mine just a little more special! It’s my honor to know you, but a much bigger honor to call you a brother in Christ!

I hope the title caught your attention! It’s not click bait, it’s actually something that’s possible! I want to continue to bang on the drums that brings awareness to the failed immigration policies of the two major American political parties. Both political parties have failed the American people miserably!

In an earlier article we discussed crimes involving moral turpitude (CIMTs).

Crimes such as: murder, rape, burglary, theft, fraud, and narcotics related crimes (just to name a few) are all deportable offenses. However, as we learned, Democrats are opposed to deporting anyone! Republicans are too spineless to insist on it.

Then we learned from my follow-up article that everyone is content with the feel-good talking points that we have “secure borders”, while we ignore the bigger danger (illegal aliens already inside).

We don’t have the political willpower to deport illegal aliens committing CIMTs (criminals). We also lack the political willpower to go after the illegal aliens already in the United States. So, why would we have any willpower to deport legal residents?

The answer is simple: the law! If you commit a CIMT, you are deportable (it is the law). If you are illegally present in the United States, you are deportable (it is the law). If you are a legal resident, and you commit several CIMTs, you are deportable because (you guessed it) it is the law!

Wait a minute, how do we possibly deport someone who is a legal resident? I’m glad you asked! It can be done; it has been done, and it should be done!

A legal resident is a lawfully admitted permanent resident (LAPR). They are also commonly known as “green card holders”. They are NOT United States citizens. In fact, one must be a LAPR for 5 years in order to be eligible to apply for American citizenship.

American citizenship must have privileges, do you agree? Privileges include being able to vote and no fear of deportation. Obviously, there are many more benefits to being an American citizen, but LAPRs have access to them, with the exception of the two I just mentioned. 

What I mean is LAPRs are not untouchable if they misbehave (at least according to law). LAPRs should live in this country greatly appreciative of the opportunity. They can start by being law abiding citizens that contribute to our society.

LAPRs do not pledge allegiance to America. In fact, most LAPRs remain loyal to their home countries because their citizenship remains there. If they were truly vested in America, they would become American citizens as soon as they are eligible. 

In all fairness, many of them are contributing, law-abiding residents that eventually become citizens, but how about the ones that don’t? Many LAPRs never become citizens, but they do become criminals. Logically speaking, why should America keep a criminal non-citizen around?

According to written law, LAPRs are deportable for committing one or two CIMTs! Yet, why are so few LAPRs being stripped of their green cards?

I am being told by a source, which I have many, that a LAPR recently had multiple felony drug related charges (multiple CIMTs). Instead of being deported, he was released. A few months later, he raped his stepdaughter!

This young lady should not have to cope with this lifelong trauma. This should never have happened if the law was enforced. That criminal should have been stripped of his “permanent residence” and deported to his native Mexico!

This is just one example of many. When I was a Border Patrol agent, I personally arrested many illegal alien smugglers that were LAPRs. Alien smuggling is not a misdemeanor, it is a felony! I can think of three instances in which I apprehended the same LAPR for same charge on several occasions!

Whose fault is this for not deporting legal residents? It’s not Border Patrol agents arresting and prosecuting the criminals. It is not the fault of many hard-working immigration agencies within our government. My source tells me that their part was done and delivered regarding the criminal pedophile.

The culprits are rogue judges, prosecutors that are politically driven, and spineless politicians. Of course, the above mentioned are acting the way they do because they serve an ignorant populace that doesn’t take the time to research the law!

Please understand that criminal illegal aliens committing CIMTs are not being deported because of leftists crying in Minnesota and other blue states.

Please understand that we are being told that the border is secure to make us feel good. I can’t imagine telling my wife, “yes honey, the doors and windows are closed and locked” knowing that several strangers are already in the house!

Please understand that there’s no such thing as “permanent resident” if you are not a citizen! LAPRs are subject to deportation if they commit crimes.

So, I will say it again, and you tell me if it’s clickbait or a fact: Deport them all, including the legal ones!

Unfortunately, since we can’t seem to learn from our (weak on immigration) mistakes, I have to resurrect my famous analogy from my book The Binding Oath. 

Imagine that it’s 2 o’clock in the morning, and you are peacefully asleep in the comfort and tranquility of your home. The people you love the most in this world are also soundly and restfully sleeping within the safe confines of your home.

Suddenly, there’s a loud and incessant knocking at the door. Whether you’re a man or a woman, you go onto a very alarmed, high-alert, protective mode. You’re either in the “man of the house” or “mama bear” mode! Who in the world disturbs your family’s peace at this hour?

As you cautiously and reluctantly open the door, you observe numerous men at the door. They are trying to walk into your home. You incredulously push them back and slam the door and lock it shut. Although they plead and beg to be let in, you do not relent for the safety and security of your family.

As you sense they’ve gone away, you then hear every window of your house trying to be opened, and the back door knob begins to turn. You’re confident the back door is locked, but it’s a race to every window to assure those men do not enter your home.

What do you do at 2 o’clock in the morning? Which child’s bedroom window do you secure first? What do you do if someone is already in your home? What measures do you take to swiftly expel them if they’re in your home?

Well, let’s be honest, we know what any homeowner in any corner of the world would do to protect their family, home or property! Yet, when it comes to illegal immigration, the rules change.

Nonetheless, since 1924 (officially) the U.S. Border Patrol has answered the door at all hours of day or night to protect this great nation. They are the watchmen or sentinels that stand guard and secure our homeland!

You know what else the U.S. Border Patrol has done, since 1924? They have rounded up and expelled the ones that already entered our home!

That’s right! Border Patrol, in addition to watching the doors and securing our porous windows; they have also searched, found, and expelled the trespassers that made it inside! 

If you think this aspect of Border Patrol work hasn’t ever been effective, look up “Operation Wetback” of 1954 (just to name one).

As a retired Border Patrol agent, I can assure you that I personally arrested hundreds of illegal aliens while patrolling in the interior (not at the border). My authorities, within the scope of my duties, did not cease at the border.

The Border Patrol is rich in history and tradition, yet this one tradition of being the original watchmen is being revised, rewritten, or simply ignored. People concerned about their careers, politics, or image are now in charge. 

Although they serve at the pleasure of the President, who was reelected on promises to secure our homeland, they serve their own political ambitions instead.

Millions upon millions of home invaders were already inside, but we have no idea how many millions more were illegally allowed in by the treasonous previous administration. This makes the watchmen’s traditional job ever so important.

The one watchman that personified our history and traditions and was courageously carrying out interior enforcement was Gregory Bovino. Instead of supporting him in this righteous and heroic effort of expelling people in our home, the treasonous career-whores expelled Bovino!

Now “we the people” are being told feel good statements that our home is secure. This is a true statement in a relative sense, especially when compared to the previous administration. However, nothing is being said about the intruders that made it inside!

Can we as a nation look at our children in the eyes and tell them they are safe? Can we guarantee our daughters that they will not be raped? Can we assure that our elderly will not be defrauded? What good is a secure door when the threat is already inside the home?

Considering this analogy, with all sincerity, would you allow a stranger into your home uninvited? Is it okay for some man to be hiding in your children’s closet, or sleeping openly in your bed?

Considering this analogy, with all sincerity, would you allow a stranger to eat your food from your refrigerator, soil themselves in your bathrooms, or walk in and change the channel on the television show you and your spouse were watching?

Unless you’re a leftist liar, anyone else can see reasonable cause for mass deportations. However, cowardice within the Trump Administration is continuing the Democrat status quo of Russian roulette with homeland security.

It’s a matter of time before you fall victim to one of these uninvited “guests”. Russian roulette is what we’re playing because our current policy is that it’s not a problem until the trigger gets pulled on the live round!

Until then, we keep watching in horror as someone else’s son or daughter gets raped and slaughtered. I’m not a roulette player! I retired as a Border Patrol watchman after 28 years. I fully supported the national watchman figurehead Gregory Bovino and his unapologetic mission.

However, here we are! We are being told that are doors are locked, and the windows are secured. Today’s version of a watchman is watching that door so intently, while the intruders are asleep in his bed. 

Since the Bovino traditional style watchman is gone, our only hope is that the sleeping intruders don’t wake up.

When Trump won his 2nd term in 2024, there was no doubt it was a referendum on Biden’s open borders policies. Therefore, Trump came in ready to play ball! Trump’s intentions were always to hit a home run in regard to immigration policy.

He put the pieces of the puzzle in place by bringing in “big batters” that had the experience and knowledge of immigration and its laws. Border Czar Tom Homan was great in use of words, but never really stepped up to the plate. Rodney Scott, the CBP Commissioner, never even left the bench. 

However, when El Centro Border Patrol Sector Chief Gregory Bovino was appointed as Commander-at-Large, there was no doubt mass deportations were imminent and this was going to be glorious…so we thought.

Initially, the rhetoric was “no one here illegally was off the table.” All the illegal aliens living in this country that had become so emboldened to the point of flagrantly flying their foreign flags in the streets were now (once again) put on notice. This rhetoric was so bold and stern that many illegal aliens by the hundreds upon thousands self-deported.

Although the rhetoric was tough-talk, the actions were tampered. We didn’t move the immigration pendulum to the right field, but we played it safe right down the middle in center field. Admittedly, It appeared to be a good strategy to perform safe “targeted operations.”

To perform “targeted operations” means that illegal aliens, such as: criminals, fugitives, and aliens ordered deported by an Immigration Judge would be the focus.  

I also supported these targeted operations because it was (I thought) a start to a “more-to-come” strategy. It’s the simple concept of going after the low hanging fruit.

What could go wrong, right? I mean, who could possibly object to criminals, such as: murderers, rapists, gang members, and terrorists being deported? 

Hereby lies the problem: we never in our wildest dreams believed that the Democrats would swing that pendulum so far to left field that they’d be willing to fight tooth and nail for these criminals.

It helped the Democrats to have their usual allies in the liberal media on their side calling the play-by-play while twisting truths and controlling the narrative to mislead.

It also helps the Democrats in this game to have cheating umpires (judges)altering the game’s outcome by ignoring written rules (laws) and legislating from the bench (consistent with the baseball analogy, from behind the plate).

Criminal gang bangers like Kelmar Abrego-Garcia (twice ordered deported criminal) was glorified as a loving “Maryland man” husband. His strikes were not called or counted against him!

Mahmoud Khalil (a pro-Palestinian terrorist-supporting student activist) was hailed as a beloved, intelligent student that was falsely accused and politically targeted. He was also not called out!

Renee Good and Alex Pretti, which were known ICE agitators and actively disrupting ICE operations, were killed. The media and leftists martyred them. 

The fact that they were known agitators was not reported. Instead, we heard that she was a “loving mother of 3”, and he was “an amazing ICU nurse that loved helping people.” That may be true, but so was the fact that they were threatening the lives of agents.

We allowed leftists and their sycophantic media to successfully paint a picture of ICE and Border Patrol of losing a game they were actually winning. When a leftist and their media protest, it’s because they’re losing. Yet, Homan stood around holding a bat on deck but never truly stepping up to the plate. He at least came out of the dugout.

However, nothing changed regarding the immigration mission. The mission was still “target only the worst of the worst”.

I think you (my intelligent reader) know where I’m going with this! The Democrats swung to the far left field, and we swung right down the center, yet they knocked a home run on the optics and image game! We are stuck with no meaningful results.

The Trump Administration policy was still stuck in the middle catching the “worst of the worst” but still coming up short as they were painted as “heartless Trump Gestapo Police!”

Instead of aiming for the right field wall by correcting the misinformation, highlighting the trash we were taking out, or educating the public in any significant way, we offered these criminals and criminal supporters a sacrificial lamb! We benched our heavy hitter!

This was no ordinary benching either! This was the face of Trump’s supposed mass deportation initiative! This was a game changer!

Chief Bovino was the ultimate commander, and he was indeed large, as in larger than life! Due to this large shadow that was cast by Bovino, it suppressed the limelight that some of these career bureaucrats and politicians craved for themselves.

Chief Bovino was the only one, not only removing the trash of society (hitting home runs), he was also truly going after everyone that was “on the table!” No one was “immune”, no one was “off the table”, and no one had a “free ticket”. I put these in quotations because they are Border Czar Tom Homan’s WORDS, which Chief Bovino put into ACTION!

Chief Bovino was aiming his swing to the right field wall with the bases loaded,  which was a guaranteed home run. Since Homan came in acting like a knight in shining armor to bench Chief Bovino from his command, we essentially forfeited on immigration law! How dare Bovino take any light from Homan’s shiny armor!

Homan claimed he received concessions from Minnesota officials, which was a lie! No one in Minnesota is honoring meaningful immigration detainers, protests on ICE facilities continue, and ICE and Border Patrol (as of this publication) have yet to be funded by Congress.

The only thing Homan got, and frankly deserves, was a lifetime supply of tampons from Timothy Walz for his forfeit on law and order!

By forfeiting this game of wills on immigration, we have sent the message that if you’re in this country illegally, you have nothing to worry about. However, if you commit a very serious crime, you might be on the table! As long as we have weak politicians, bureaucrats, and an active leftist media, you still may be off the table and safe from deportation even as a criminal.

If we can’t deport the “worst of the worst”, then we certainly can’t deport someone who is simply “bad”. If we dare go after a “nonviolent” person, then violence will come to us for trying. 

Why do you think ICE wears those masks? They are protecting their families for the simple unforgivable act of protecting Americans! Asking them to unmask is like sending them to the plate without a batter’s helmet.

Trump had a referendum and we swung and missed. We swung to the middle on immigration policy and we missed. The heavy hitting Bovino, who would have knocked it out of the park, was taken out of the game. In came in the pinch hitting Homan and he struck out miserably! By my count, that’s strike three!

To add insult to injury, benching the great Bovino (you see what I did there?) was not enough. The bench warmer Scott has come out of hiding, not to step up to the plate, but to assure Bovino stays out of the game. After 2 years of silence he has an exhaustive hit-piece interview with the Washington Examiner to besmirch the character of the effective Bovino!

I don’t know if we’ll be able to win this game anymore. Maybe if Trump redeems himself by ignoring cowardice within his administration and appoints Bovino as ICE director, then we’d have another turn at the plate. 

You have two years left Mr. President, it’s the seventh inning stretch and the game is almost over. Bring in the heavy hitter Bovino!

Leftists often try to compare strong borders to Nazi-style ethnic cleansing. In fact, anyone who is against open borders is accused of being racist! That’s what you do when you can’t win a debate or simply engage in a civil discourse…you insult.

I’m going to surprise you with this controversial statement: a strong border viewpoint or being against open borders IS about purity!

Now that I have your attention, it’s not about racial or ethnic purity; it’s about moral purity. You read that correctly! In fact, the entire Immigration and Nationality Act (the immigration law book) is supposed to protect against crimes involving moral turpitude. Immigration agents know these as CIMTs.

Before I dive into CIMTs, it’s important to note that the Immigration and Nationality Act is (as any law enacted should be) derived from the Constitution. Since it’s derived from the Constitution, it is also grounded in the purity of Judeo-Christian principles. Lastly, since the two aforementioned criteria are present, then it’s intended to keep its sovereign citizen’s safety in mind. Safety from physical harm and safety from moral decay.

Since the Immigration and Nationality Act meets all three criteria, it keeps this country pure from foreign customs, traditions, and behaviors that are not consistent with our way of living “under God”. 

Before a leftist reads this previous sentence and is triggered to violence, allow me an example. Some countries find it customary for a grown man to marry 13 year olds; not in this country. 

So, what is a CIMT? A CIMT is a crime which is basically wrong, evil, depraved, and offensive to society. CIMTs are based on moral standards generally prevailing in western civilization, but more specifically, in the United States.

Some examples of CIMTs are: murder, rape, theft, burglary, perjury, blackmail, extortion, fraud, and adultery. Yes, you read that last one correctly! When I tell you that the Immigration and Nationality Act is grounded in Judeo-Christian principles, I mean it!

The above mentioned list does not include laws that do not involve CIMTs, such as trespassing and involuntary manslaughter. In fact, there are many more laws not listed (on the CIMT list). However, the Immigration and Nationality Act accounts for them as well.

I didn’t even get into the health-related or enemies of the United States lists of exclusions and deportable offenses. The point is that the Immigration and Nationality Act was enacted to keep America pure of other nation’s ills.

However, the teeth of our immigration laws are its consequences for not abiding by them, such as: deportation, incarceration, exclusion, fines, and the like. The immigration and Nationality Act, like any law in the books, is ineffective without teeth/consequences. 

So, if you’re a proponent for a stout immigration law system, you are also for the Constitution, law and order, safety, and, yes, for purity.

Leftists that are protesting ICE agents or interfering with their operations, are literally championing crimes involving moral turpitude. Politicians and bureaucrats that demonized the U.S. Border Patrol and the heroic Greg Bovino, are undeniably supporting criminals.

It really is as simple as this: you are either for the Constitution and all it’s derived laws aimed to purify this nation, or you’re a treasonous leftist that stains all that is pure with the criminal element you protect!

As promised, this series would not be going away. It cannot go away as long as we continue to have activist judges trying to legislate from the bench.

This edition is made possible through the ignorance of Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson who is CLEARLY a DEI appointed Judge! The only good thing about her is she’s the gift that keeps on giving regarding material for me to write about concerning this series.

Although she is the least qualified and the least gifted of any of the other 8 judges, she’s the most outspoken during any public arguments regarding any cases before the court. In fact, she hardly ever lets a word in edgewise.

During recent arguments regarding the case for birthright citizenship, she stunned everyone with her unbelievably moronic logic. She hypothesized that if she stole a wallet in Japan that she would be subject to their laws. She further argued that this temporary obligation would in fact show a form of “allegiance”.

There is so much ignorance and absurdity in this statement that it’s hard to decide where to begin! I guess we can start with the fact that she was NEVER “subject” to Japan’s laws by the fact that she’s violating them by stealing a wallet. In order to be subject to something, you have to submit to it.

Next, let’s tackle the actual definition of allegiance. It is 1) The loyalty of a citizen to their government or of a subject to their sovereign, or 2) Loyalty and devotion to some person, group, or cause.

As is my typical fashion, let’s argue by using their logic and compare it with facts, data, or common sense. In this case, it’s the data available, which is the accepted definition of allegiance.

If Justice Brown steals a wallet in Japan, is she showing “loyalty”, consistent with the first definition of allegiance? It requires us to further look at definition of “loyalty”. The definition is 1) faithfulness to commitments or obligations, or 2) faithful adherence to a sovereign government, leader, or cause.

In short, Justice Brown is not being a loyal citizen by not adhering to laws of that country for the act of stealing a wallet. Additionally, she is not meeting obligations of a loyal citizen, which was to follow the laws. 

So, using TRUE logic as applied to birthright citizenship, an illegal alien has no allegiance to this country because they were not loyal or faithful citizens when they ILLEGALLY entered the United States. 

According to 2nd definition of allegiance, Justice Brown was not a “devoted” citizen to Japan by the obvious fact that she stole a wallet. It would be like saying that a cheating husband is devoted to his wife and shows allegiance to her alone.

If someone breaks into your house, are they devoted, faithful, or loyal to you or any member of your family? Quite the contrary! They actually violated everything about you. Imagine if the same person rummaging through your home has a baby. Are you (the homeowner) expected to extend them rights? Do you owe them allegiance and access to your home?

If you have an ability to reason, think, or possess common sense, you can only draw one of two conclusions: Justice Brown is an activist judge who is not impartial, or she is beyond ignorant!

By the way, it’s important to note that Japan’s birthright citizenship applies only to bloodline. Justice Brown couldn’t even get this right! She picked the wrong country to hypothesize about! Japan would do what this country should do…deport her.

Leftists know full well they are on the wrong side of sanity, so in order to appear lucid, they feel the need to destroy God’s foundations (they try at least). They reason that if those foundations are destroyed, all bets are off on the definition of normal.

The Bible accurately predicts this strategy in Psalm 11:3 where it states, “If the foundations are destroyed, what can the righteous do?” 

This passage best sums up and concludes our series on leftists and their mental illness problem. It’s a problem and they are verifiably ill if they think they can prevail against the Omniscient, Almighty, and Omnipotent God!

One is mentally ill if they wish to destroy the foundations that God Himself instituted or ordained. So, what foundations is this passage referring to? There are many, but what stands out as the main targets for leftists are: reverence for God, reverence for God’s word, and reverence for God’s natural laws.

The left encapsulates their attack on these three foundations by claiming that there’s no such thing as absolute truth. If there’s no such thing as absolute truth, then there’s no right or wrong. The left wants us to believe that truth is what ONESELF makes it. 

Before the reader proceeds with reading the specific points I will make in this article, please understand that leftists are evil. Everything I claim that the left opposes is nothing new. In fact, if you doubt me, look into the writings of Marx and Engel the darlings of the left. To these leftists writers, the ills of the world was not war, or anything negative you can think of in your mind. The enemy to these leftists were Godly institutions, such as the family unit.

With the rise of the “informational age” there’s certainly no lack of videos, podcasts, television programs, websites, and many other mediums of leftist garbage. These mediums attack, mock and ridicule Christianity. It’s not even worthwhile to list examples of the sacrilegious and irreverent acts directed at God Himself.

These leftist irreverent attacks on God come in many forms but it starts on fundamental Godly institutions such as the church, family, and marriage.

Another foundation under attack is God’s word, which is chronicled in the Bible. God’s word is absolute truth and righteousness. Therefore, leftists hate the Bible. There are many ways that leftists attempt to subvert the Bible, which censorship is the first to come to mind.

However, leftists typically embrace any of the other world’s religions, or embrace their own version of Christianity by twisting God’s words and adopting man-made “progressive Christianity”. Progressive Christianity is more irreverent than if they downright stayed away. God has no need for sinful lifestyles incorporated and accepted in the church.

Leftists also hate the foundation of God’s natural laws. God is all-righteous and good, so the natural laws of God include principles of morality, righteousness, or higher purpose. God is good; therefore “good” comes from the actual word “God”. Leftists do not revere God or His word, so they do not revere his natural laws.

For example, God created all animal species male and female. The Bible articulates God’s creation of fowl of the air, animals of land and sea, male and female each of their kind. As far as human is concerned, God made a man and later a woman. God instituted this, but the left is redefining this into dozens or possibly hundreds of genders or identities.

God also instituted marriage. I’ll refer the reader to (God’s word) Matthew 19 as to God’s purpose and criteria for marriage. I’ll let the reader conclude as to how leftists have come to redefine it.

God has also ordained the laws of the land (Romans 13:1-5 and 1 Peter 2:13-17). This is God’s way to enact justice in this world. If the laws come from goodness, justice, and Godly natural laws, then these laws of the land originate from God. Ultimately, God is in control of all kingdoms, governments, and municipalities. 

We may not agree with the governing authorities or certain laws, but we are still commanded to submit to authority and obey the laws of the land. Again, the left has decided not to obey any law they disagree with. Leftists hate law and order because they have already rejected God.

If one does not believe in God, we can have a healthy, logical debate. However, when one makes up their own truth, they show themselves to be mentally ill. If you are irreverent toward God, that’s one thing, however, that dress still doesn’t turn a man into a woman!

We can  have a logical, healthy debate on God’s inspired word. One can choose the Quran, for instance, as their preferred “word of God”. However, please understand that its author was a murderous, deceitful man that married a child. 

The very teachings of this false religion’s book will get one (the leftist) stoned to death! However, since the Bible condemns the leftist’s lifestyle, they instead choose to embrace another book that also condemns that lifestyle, but additionally gets them killed. I call this the reasoning of a mentally ill person.

We can also have a healthy, logical debate on the natural laws. However, when you label good as bad and bad as good, you are mentally ill. If there is no such thing as absolute truth and absolute good, then, by using that leftist logic, Hitler was a good man! Leftists love to throw that Nazi name around when they’re losing an argument, but we must address this inconsistency.

Allow me to explain with an absolute truth: Hitler was undoubtedly an evil man! If there’s no such thing as absolute truth, as the leftists claim, then my statement about Hitler is wrong. If you find yourself defending Hitler, then you are mentally ill. That’s what happens when you deny God’s natural laws.

In short, if one is trying to destroy any of God’s foundations, one is a mentally ill leftist. I would wish the leftist good luck, but they don’t believe in “good” because it comes from God. So, I just simply wish them luck. Hopefully, with some luck they’ll find mental health. Oops! I said “hopefully” another one of those blasted natural laws of God! Therefore, we can conclude that there’s no hope for them!

This article will continue in our dive into studying the mental illness of the left, which is not unique to leftists, but it does run rampant within them as a group. It used to be something we could ignore, however, since they have taken control of a major American political party, it merits our attention.

Our specific focus will be on leftists suffering from the mental health disorder known as autophobia. Autophobia is simply self-hate, which is a mental illness as diagnosed by the mental health professionals because it goes against human nature. 

Unfortunately, their autophobia spills over onto their politics, which they desperately attempt to shove down our throats. If someone wishes to self-hate, (that’s one thing) however, when adopted into politics, it poisons others to think that it’s normal behavior.

It is not only human nature, but it is instinctively ingrained in all living organisms to self-preserve, to thrive, to seek that which is in its own best interest. When one acts against human nature, one is mentally ill. One goes against basic instincts that God Himself instilled in humans.

Did you know that only 2% of people have survived an attempted suicide from jumping off the Golden Gate Bridge? A total of 34 people have survived, which is a small percentage, yet enough for a case study. Don’t ask me why so many people try to end their lives at this particular location.

The fact that the Golden Gate Bridge is located in the leftist metropolis of San Francisco could be coincidental, so I’ll let the reader draw their own conclusions. However, one intriguing fact that arose from this study supports the self-preserving nature of the human being. Every single one of those survivors later recounted an immediate regret of their decision to jump. 

The reason for the regret is because the body, as a living organism, wants to survive and thrive. For instance, if one accidentally cuts themselves, the body immediately goes into a process of healing itself. If one is sick with some kind of virus, whether you survive or die, the body fights hard against that virus. Everything in a human’s fiber, including our brain,  is engineered to help the body survive.

If someone hates themselves enough to jump off the Golden Gate Bridge, one is either insane, temporarily insane, or mentally ill. This is not solely applicable to suicide of the body, but also suicide of the heart and mind, which leads to a corruption of the soul.

The autophobic leftists hate themselves because they have corrupted souls. Since they hate themselves, they also hate their own country, race, history, heritage, traditions, religion, and their own gender. This is abnormal behavior…a corrupted soul.

One has to be mentally ill to walk around feeling guilt and hating oneself for their own race, apologizing for things they didn’t do, and demanding that other “victim” races get paid reparations for something they haven’t endured in their lifetime. 

One has to be mentally ill to think that elevating one race over another is the answer to righting wrongs of the past. This is the fundamental principle of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI), which the left, as autophobes, embrace. That logic stipulates, “Hate the white race to make us all feel better!”

One has to be mentally ill to hate their own country and believe that this nation is not exceptional. Instead, opting to believe that America is inherently evil and racist with a mired past of oppression of others. 

One has to be mentally ill to believe that Americans live on stolen land. Even when our history is not perfect, which no country’s history is, we must learn from it and not try to erase it.

One has to be mentally ill to always root against their own country. Whether one opposes the arrest and deposing of a ruthless dictator like Nicolas Maduro in Venezuela, or one is angered by the killing of the Supreme leader of Iran Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. The default reaction of the autophobic leftist is always to side with enemy nations and praise them.

One is definitely mentally ill when you get upset that both pilots of a recently downed American fighter jet got rescued in Iran! One has to be mentally ill to burn the American flag while excusing oneself to others that it’s your right to do it. Yes, one has that right, but you are literally burning the republic that gives you that right, which that flag represents!

One has to be mentally ill to hate your own gender to the point that you blur all traditional roles of the two genders. Traditional values that were instituted by God. Men are considered toxic for being men. Women are villainized for wanting to become mommies. 

One has to be mentally ill to encourage young children to change their sex and feed them damaging hormonal therapies. Innocent children need nurturing and guidance regarding what is normal and acceptable within a free society. Only a mentally ill person takes children to a drag show, or indoctrinates them through childhood oriented programming laced with mental illness laced agendas.

One has to be mentally ill to hate Christianity for condemning your mentally ill behaviors. Simultaneously, you praise a false religion of foreign enemy nations that would stone you to death for your lifestyle. So, you just keep on rejoicing that Christians are being slaughtered in Nigeria for their beliefs. There is no telling what they would do to a mentally ill leftist like you!

Autophobia is a real mental disorder, which happens to inflict a strong segment of the Democrat party. Over 50% of young liberals do not love their country. Over 60% of young liberal women have reported a mental illness. Those are just the honest ones!

The next time you watch an epic meltdown on TikTok of a purple-haired, overly pierced woman, go ahead and laugh with the rest of us. Try not to stare too long at the obese man dressed in a pink tutu walking his even more effeminate “partner” on a leash!

However, after the laughter subsides, be fearful that mental illness is growing in this country. Many are not seeking help because they are being embraced and normalized by the Democrat Party.

They can be quite entertaining to watch, and easy to ignore. Easy to ignore until they are somehow accessible to your impressionable children! When we live in a nation that hates itself, we will not endure. The very foreign nations that our autophobes praise will be our rulers!

How do you negotiate with mentally ill leftists? The answer is you don’t! There are only two options: ignoring them or getting them the help they need. You do NOT, by any means, try to reason with them because they are out of their collective mind!

Some of you may think that it’s a stretch to call a political side of the spectrum mentally ill, but please understand that I’m not referring to their ideology, I am referring to the behaviors they are demonstrating and embracing.

For example, is it an ideological view or is it a mental illness when a man thinks he’s a woman; dresses as a woman, and demands to be called a woman? Is it a political view or is it a sexually arousing (to them) mental illness called gender dysphoria? It has been diagnosed as such for years by the psychiatric field. Are we supposed to now ignore years of common knowledge regarding this mental diagnosis?

How about a man who is sexually attracted to children? Is he a criminal-minded pedophile, or is he a person who should be accepted as a hero “living as his true self” in an alternate lifestyle? As the LBGTQ+? Community reasons, “Love is love!”

Don’t you dare tell me that those are two separate things! What else do you think the question mark on the LBGTQ+? acronym Stands for? In fact, I might have missed a letter or symbol because it gets longer and longer as time goes by, yet, nobody challenges it as a mental illness. 

That acronym is a packaged deal! All the sexual proclivities are included in the acronym that identifies the homosexual agenda. So, as a letter or symbol is added to this ever-growing group, so is their acceptance as a member of the group. 

In other words, pedophiles are not criminals, but people that express their sexuality in a different way. The Ls, the Bs, the Gs, and the Ts of the acronym will never disown the Qs, the pluses or the question marks!

Transsexuals or transgender (as they now prefer to be called), furries, dendrophiles, necrophiliacs, zoopheliacs, and pedophiles are all part of this movement that is being embraced by a major American political party and, therefore, now ideologically and politically defended as normal behavior.

Oh, I have your attention now, don’t I? I’ll give you a minute or two to look up some of the above mentioned groups. I assure you that it’s not anything political or ideological but a sheer, unadulterated mental disorder.

The Democrats and their sycophantic allies in the media cheered as Stacie-Marie Laughton was the first ever openly transgender person elected to a state legislature in the United States (New Hampshire) in 2012. They celebrated this as some sort of civil rights milestone!

The same cheerleaders suddenly went silent because in June of 2023 this “milestone-reaching transgender” was arrested on charges of distributing child sexual abuse images. In fact, Laughton plead guilty on November 2025 to three counts of sexual exploitation of a child. The details, which I will spare you, are very disturbing. 

I hope you are not surprised that a transgender person got arrested for being a child predator. Remember: LBGTQ+? is one big happy rainbow that cannot be separated. As a matter of fact, many of them privately believe that Laughton didn’t commit a crime! “Love is love”, after all. 

The Democrats have painted themselves into a corner when they embraced the homosexual agenda. You see, they cannot accept one and disavow the others. They come as a packaged deal! You cannot have only the purple skittle in the pack, you must taste the entire rainbow!

So, I go back to the beginning options:

You can ignore them, which is getting harder and harder to do, especially since they are trying to indoctrinate our kids at schools or any of the various children’s programs. Heck, they may even be reading a book to your children at a public library! At the very least, the media continues to champion their cause. You cannot watch television without them forcing that illness onto you and your children.

The other option is that you can try to get them the help they need. However, you risk being labeled as homophobic for labeling this behavior as a mental illness. Despite most reputable psychiatric institutions calling these conditions a mental illness,  the left has successfully redefined these illnesses as a preferred “underrepresented class.”

Search engines, such as Google and ChatGPT, are part of this concerted effort to normalize these behaviors. However, even these search engines understand that they are being intellectually dishonest. Therefore, they include the disclaimer: “Although gender dysphoria is not a mental illness, it is consistently associated with a high rate of depression and suicidal tendencies.”

I’m very much in favor of helping any American that needs help in overcoming mental illness. No one should want to sexually exploit children, no one should think they are a dog and dress as such, and no one should be sexually aroused by a tree! It’s the compassionate Christian way to want to help anyone struggling with mental illness.

However, when a major political party insists on incorporating these groups into their fold to be used as  political pawns, they will never feel the need to seek help. The right thing to do is help them to seek help. You’re certainly not supposed to enable them by electing them to congress! You certainly don’t villainize those seeking to help them as homophobic!

If Democrats want to make this a political issue, here’s my political advice: you do NOT reason with the mentally ill! You do NOT negotiate with someone who is mentally ill! Are Democrats mentally ill? Well, that depends on them. Are they making these behaviors ideological and political? If so, I’m reaching for a straitjacket!

March 31st is Cesar Chavez’ birthday and many leftists everywhere were ready to put on their marching shoes to celebrate the Chicano civil rights icon. In fact, many leftists leaders have been instrumental in changing street names to his namesake. Many of these same leaders, like California Governor Gavin Newsom, were ready to change March 31st to Cesar Chavez Day.

Chavez is best known as the co-founder of the United Farm Workers (UFW) Union and leader of many grape strikes and boycotts. Chavez was highly regarded in the late 60s through the 70s as a voice for many migrant farm workers. Chavez is credited with assuring better wages, working conditions, and healthcare for legal migrant farm workers. Some could argue he was the Chicano’s leftist darling; right up there with Che Guevara.

Chavez, however, is now being canceled by the very leftists that have revered him for years! It turns out Chavez was a sexual predator. In fact, he had been a sexual predator for years and his victims were young ladies within his political movement, including his organization’s other co-founder Dolores Huerta. At least two other victims were young girls as young as 12 and 13 years old!

So, this brings me to my title: When the left cancels its own…and now the rest of the story! When the left cancels its own, it reveals utter hypocrisy because there’s usually a bigger reason why they finally cancel a fellow leftist. It typically isn’t for the obvious reason that he was a sexual abusing child predator.

These recent revelations have been made known through a recent New York Times article. So, you know it’s bad when a leftist publication gives a leftist icon some bad press! There were reportedly over 60 witness accounts for this article!

Although this behavior is undoubtedly disturbing and sickening, I have two questions to raise about this story: 1) Why are we barely finding out the truth? 2) Why now?

All of these young women victims were a part of Chavez’ movement. One was the co-founder and at least two of them were daughters of organizers. This predatory behavior was apparently well known amongst organizers, UFW high ranking members, and Chavez’ own family. Why was nothing reported or divulged publicly?

I’ll answer it for you; it’s because to a leftist, the movement or cause is more important than any negative publicity! Therefore, several of the victims stated they “did not want to tarnish the image of the man who became the face of the Chicano civil rights movement.”

Cesar Chavez died in 1993, yet even then it was kept a secret. Internal emails amongst leaders of the leftist organization prove they knew, yet no one came forward. These young women were raped by a predator, yet his “image” was more important? Did the young ladies’ parents know? Was this man’s image more important than their daughter’s trauma?

The truth is, predatory behavior isn’t that damning to a leftist, if the person is politically expedient. Thus, illegal aliens currently raping and molesting American women and children isn’t worthy of a deportation to a leftist. As long as illegal aliens will eventually vote for a Democrat, it’s tolerated and even defended. If an illegal alien gets on a social program, Democrats get more powerful.

Okay, so you’re asking, “Why then are they turning on Cesar Chavez?” I’m glad you asked! As I wrote in my book “Life, Liberty, & Political Happiness” Cesar Chavez hated illegal aliens. He saw them as a threat to the legal farm workers he represented (fact). Chavez believed that illegal aliens drove wages down, which he worked so hard to raise for his people (fact). Chavez believed that illegal aliens were displacing his farm workers (fact).

Chavez was so loyal toward the representation of his farm workers, which was perfectly fine with all those farm workers, including his sexual victims. Chavez was fighting for the “underrepresented” after all! That is until the “underrepresented” changed from legal to illegal workers!

Chavez, on several occasions, pleaded with Border Patrol to do their jobs and get rid of the illegal aliens in the Bakersfield, California planting fields! I doubt seriously that my book revealed these facts to the left. This was a well known fact to all his organization and followers back then.

So, why now come forward as a victim of Chavez?Why now come forward with an investigative journalism hit piece on this leftist icon?  Why now is his “image” no longer important? It’s because illegal aliens are now the “cool kids” or “flavor of the month” or whatever hip new “protected class” that the left idolizes. Even the United Farm Workers (Chavez’ organization) sued the Border Patrol for patrolling in the Bakersfield area!

Leftists of today don’t care about the American workers, the American victims, or even the American! They protect the illegal alien at whatever the cost, including their Chicano leftist darling Cesar Chavez has fallen prey to the cancel culture. Chavez is a child molester? No problem, stay quiet! Chavez is anti-immigrant? Let’s cancel him by telling everyone what we know!

Cesar Chavez does not deserve a street named after him nor does he deserve a day named for him. He doesn’t deserve anything except jail time for being a sexual predator. Since he’s dead, that will not happen because of the silence of the left. However, being an enemy of the illegal alien, now that’s unforgivable! Cancelled!

Just now, right before publication of this article, I see a headline come across my radar. The City of San Antonio is asking for feedback on what to do about Cesar Chavez Boulevard? Even now these leftist leaders don’t know what to do! What’s the problem? Afraid of offending child molesters? I’m obviously mocking their reluctance, but do not doubt that child predators will be leftist’s next protected class.

A Tale of Two Networks 

I recently changed membership to a new gym. Unfortunately, the new gym I joined started off on the wrong foot. Contrary to popular belief, my life doesn’t revolve around politics. I go to the gym for multiple reasons; politics is not one of them. So, I jump on the elliptical, which faced two big television sets mounted on the wall. Regrettably, both sets are tuned on to news networks!

No worries, right? I have my earbuds, so I’m in the zone listening to my motivational hard rock to facilitate my one hour of vigorous exercise. Sadly, the news networks on each television set have closed captioning enabled. It’s unavoidable; I’m caught in the political web, especially when the two networks are polar opposites (Fox News on one and CNN on the other). They are both dueling for my attention!

So, my stress-relieving, life-enhancing workout is basically compromised and maybe even ruined. Instead of my typical pushing through my workout and fascinating that I’m winning a marathon, I’m thinking about this particular article! 

I realize that both networks have only two things in common: they both claim to be news networks, and they are both completely focused on the current conflict with Iran.

If I lived in a bubble and my only news exposure was to CNN, I’d swear that the United States is losing the war! My goodness Iran is built for war and cannot be easily defeated according to the apparently gleeful news host. 

Fox News, on the other hand, is focused on the utter destruction that the United States mighty military is inflicting on Iran. They mention specific Iranian military targets, installations, and personnel being eliminated handily. They sometimes even include video evidence. 

In other words, Fox News at least report facts. Albeit, many of those facts are presented through the lens of a utopian bliss. CNN, however, barely mentions the American military achievements. The rare times they do it’s preceded with “allegedly” or “reportedly”. 

Although CNN has access to the same information and evidences, it still isn’t reported as facts. We could get into the weeds as to what facts are and how facts are reported, but I’m not going there.

As important as facts are, and they are very important and essential, but I’m very concerned about each network’s focus. There is nothing wrong with focusing on something, but when focus becomes a means to put a narrative into effect, then it’s a problem.

For example, CNN is so focused on the fact that Trump said this war would be over “soon”. They get into a days count of how long has gone by. They focus on the high gas prices and the toll it takes on average Americans with each day that passes. Suddenly, we’re not focused on news, but we are very focused on how soon is “soon”.

CNN then focuses on what China and other adversaries think on the issue. As if I stay up at night wondering what China thinks! They also then ponder and focus on what our allies think. There are many rabbit holes of speculation but very little focus on fact reporting.

The fact that Iran is being crippled by the military strength of the United States is seldom reported. I don’t care about what China thinks about us as much as I care about what kind of damage we are inflicting!

Meanwhile, Fox News reports on the toll on the Iranian regime. They are asking questions that all Americans want to know: Who is currently leading Iran? How much more destruction must be done to assure the Strait of Hormuz can be utilized again? 

It’s very important to remind the viewer about the historical menace that Iran has been to the region and to the United States since 1979. Fox News paints this historical background beautifully. In the meantime, CNN is befuddled as to why Iran was attacked in the first place. President after President from Reagan to today has had to deal with the threat from Iran and its proxies and CNN reported on it. Now they’re asking the question of why we attacked?

CNN wants to give rise to resistance to the war. They incessantly ask why is this war not over yet?Iran shouldn’t be expected to surrender without a fight; they have been the region’s bully for a while. This nation has been the leading state sponsor of terrorism! They are, or at least used to be, a regional powerhouse with nuclear ambitions.

I get it, Fox News does focus on positive stories a lot more than they probably should. However, Fox has reported on American casualties of war, high gas prices, and strained relationships with other nations. They don’t stay hyper-focused on that negative news.

Positive things need to be reported. For example, the targeted strike and killing of the Iranian Intelligence Chief that recently ordered the killing of 30,000 of his own countrymen. CNN will probably do a story on the children that the Iranian Intelligence Chief leaves behind!

In like fashion, bad news should be reported, such as the accidental bombing of an Iranian school due to faulty intelligence. This is news, whether you like to hear it or not, it’s news we need to hear. However, when CNN hosts report it, it’s almost with a smile on their face. It’s hard to tell whether they want America to lose, or if they’re just elated that President Trump looks bad in their view.

Does CNN really have to go find parents of children that attended that school, so we can get their take? While reporting this, they then present a story about how much money was spent on steak and lobster for our troops. Is that news really more important than the thousands of facts that arise from the daily grind of war? The days of objective reporting are far gone as they probably died with Walter Cronkite.

If you think there’s no narrative being pushed, then why aren’t there more military Generals being interviewed? I’d like to hear their take instead of non-military affiliated pundits. An overweight woman giving her opinion on CNN means nothing to me in comparison with a 4 star General on Fox News giving his experienced perspective.

If I wasn’t such a political junkie, I’d leave the gym very confused! On one network, I perceive we’re on the cusp of defeating a regime that has oppressed everyone, including its own citizens. On the other network, I get the notion that we picked a fight that we cannot win!

When we lose the facts, we are guided by narratives of networks. These narratives are not always consistent with truth. Real news can be positive and also be negative, but the truth is always factual. 

I went to the gym to lose about 700 calories…check! I went to the gym to lose some weight…check! Unfortunately, I also departed the gym lost and out of my mind trying to figure out the truth!

Many so-called “conservatives” have suddenly sold out their principles on border security. I am referring specifically to immigration enforcement. If you haven’t noticed, you better beware what politician you support that claims to be “strong” on immigration.

We are starting to witness a shift from strong conservative rhetoric such as, “deport them all” to weak and deceitful words like “deport criminal illegal aliens.” What they really mean is “Deport criminal illegal aliens ONLY!”

Why the shift? It’s simple really: it is a surrender to the left! A surrender by spineless politicians and unelected bureaucrats that have no resolve. It is a capitulation to the leftist Democrats. Even the once mighty giants such as Tom Homan and Rodney Scott have caved.

As predicted by yours truly: Trump would come in with guns a blazing on immigration. It was his mandate from the American people who reelected him partly because they were fed up with the catastrophic 4 years of Biden’s open borders. Every illegal alien was put on notice and many saw the writing on the wall and self-deported.

We started off on fire with the DHS Secretary naming the great Gregory Bovino as Commander at large. Los Angeles, Charlotte, Chicago, Denver, and yes Minneapolis were just some of the sanctuary cities targeted by this once determined administration. Agents were actually enforcing existing law with their longstanding statutory authority; it was glorious!

I also predicted that the Democrats would rally behind illegal aliens and utilize the sycophantic mainstream media to prop up these “undocumented Americans” (as they call them).

I also warned that the media would produce sob stories about poor Juan “who only wanted a better life” and was deported and separated from his poor children who were left to suffer alone because of “The evil ICE and Border Patrol agents.” I can still hear the soft, sad violin music playing in the background for added effect.

However, NEVER did I predict that Democrats would be so vehemently opposed to criminal illegal aliens being deported. The media, of course, consistent with their marching orders from Democrats, produced sob stories about criminals as well! In fact, one criminal illegal alien was referred to as a “Maryland man” instead of the criminal wife-beating, gang-banging, human trafficker that he is!

Democrat elected officials went so far as to travel to the illegal alien’s native country to have alcoholic beverages with the deported criminal. Other Democrats invited illegal aliens to President Trump’s State of the Union speech as special guests!

Slowly and methodically the Democrats and their allies in the media have chipped away at our side’s resolve to carry out Trump’s mandate. Of course, paid purple-haired, leftist agitators did not help the situation. The media was instrumental in portraying them as “concerned average Americans.”

You would think that a smart “conservative”politician would reason: “Let the Democrats hang themselves by supporting illegal aliens, and we’ll stand firm with the winning strategy of supporting America first!” You would think that a smart “conservative” politician would understand that an agitator being shot for recklessly putting themselves in harm’s way is not the fault of law and order.

You thought wrong because these so-called “immigration hawks” allowed the Democrats with a losing strategy to move the pendulum. Now, instead of standing by the winning strategy that got Trump reelected, we are relegated to only going after criminal illegal aliens. I thought Tom Homan said, “No one is off the table?”

I guess these shifting sentiments are based on the fact that they reason: who doesn’t agree that criminal illegal aliens should be deported? Here’s the problem: are we hedging our bets on the hope that “regular” illegal aliens wont commit crimes if we let them in to satisfy the noisy, guilt causing Democrats?

The fact that they crossed illegally into the United States and are illegally present proves they’ve committed a crime. It also proves they are inclined to commit additional crimes. So shall we let the chips fall where they may?

Additionally, are we sure these illegal aliens haven’t already committed any crimes in their native countries? Other 3rd world countries don’t have the sophisticated tracking systems like NCIC or any elaborate forensic databases like we do in this country. Is that a risk we are willing to take?

Juan claims he’s a lawful citizen as he’s scaling the wall at the border! Maybe he’s scaling the wall because he’s avoiding justice in his home country. It’s a well known fact that in Central America when someone commits a heinous crime, you better beat feet to the United States.

Victor Antonio Martinez-Hernandez had a “clean record” before he brutally kidnapped, murdered, and raped (in that order) Rachel Morin a mother of 5 children. He picked up a large rock and crushed her skull! Only after Rachel was murdered did the truth surface that this monster was suspected of murder in El Salvador. Again, our women and children don’t deserve this wager!

Also, in 3rd world countries corruption rules the day. If a drunk Guatemalan truck driver runs over a school girl, he only goes to prison if he doesn’t have the money to pay off the police officers. If a sexual predator gets caught violating a young boy, he’ll only go to jail if he doesn’t “pay the fine”. Although, they still face vigilante justice, it can easily be avoided by traveling north to the good ol’ U. S. of A.

Catch my drift? Only in America can a confirmed Guatemalan child molester, drunken child killer, or suspected murderer reinvent himself into a “hard working undocumented American.” If you’re really lucky, an idiotic leftist politician will invite you to drinks or a major political event.

However, if you’re “maga” lucky, you’ll be overlooked as an illegal alien altogether because you’re not a criminal…at least not yet. This is the dangerous gamble we are taking, except we’re not playing with money. We are playing with the blood of our children, or any one dear to us in our home we call America!

I’ve given up on Democrats; they have fully embraced lawlessness. Republicans, however, are hoping they land a full house, hedging their bets, rolling the dice, or whatever gambling analogy you choose!

Weak politicians and people in positions of power are essentially saying, “If you clean my toilet and don’t rape my daughter, you’re welcomed here.” Is this the game plan? Whether the toilet cleaner commits a serious crime or not, it’s the American people that are circling the toilet about to be flushed down an amnesty sewer!

Oftentimes, after a hotly contested primary, the winner then sprints to the middle to “appeal to the moderate voter” in the general election. This is true on both sides of the aisle.

However, is it necessary for a conservative candidate to sprint toward the middle? If you are a person of integrity, core principles, and honest with yourself and your voters; why are you running anywhere? Stand where your principles put you, stand for the truth, for crying out loud, stand for something!

I completely understand why a leftist Democrat would want to (not just run) but sprint towards the middle. They know full well that their ideas do not resonate with most Americans. The modern Democrat Party has been taken over by Socialists and Communists and that’s a fact!

The majority of Americans are politically on the center-right on the spectrum. So, my point is that a conservative candidate should stay put because they are where they need to be. 

Does a conservative candidate need to apologize for being patriotic and for believing in the American Dream? Does a conservative need to be sorry for believing in American exceptionalism? When did it become shameful to believe that this country is the greatest country on the face of the earth? 

A leftist however does need to explain why they defend fools that burn the American flag. Leftist candidates will flaunt a foreign flavor of the weak flag on their social media sites, while hating on America. I lose track, what flag are they flying this week? Is it a Palestinian, Iranian, or Ukrainian flag? I know one thing: it’s not the American flag!

Do conservative candidates need to explain their strong stances on law and order? Strong borders? Tough on crime measures? What I mean is, when did it become a crime to be tough on crime? Law and order isn’t a left or right issue…it’s an American issue! One of the very few guarantees in the Constitution is “General safety and welfare of citizens.”

Leftist candidates certainly should explain their reluctance to punish criminal illegal aliens, or their reluctance to punish any criminal at all. A rapist, murderer, thief, or any type of criminal is bad in all societies! So why do conservatives run to the middle? We are not the ones that are trying to defund the police!

I think most sane people believe that killing babies is a bad thing. I think most logical people believe that a 9-month pregnant woman is carrying a baby and not a mass of “flesh of nerves”. I think most practical people would even agree that abortion at any stage is not a good thing. 

For example, when people go vote, they get a sticker that proudly proclaims, “I voted today!” I’ve never seen a normal, sane woman wearing a shirt or a sticker proclaiming, “I got an abortion today!” I’m kidding, I actually saw a leftist woman on television at a pro-choice rally wearing such a shirt! In fact, it was 30 abortions she was boasting! Do we as conservatives need to sprint to the middle?

Do we need to apologize for calling a woman a “she” and a man a “he”, or for believing that there are only two genders? Do we really need to stress out on whether we are going to misgender someone by using an incorrect pronoun? I think every honest centrist understands that people that can’t define a man or a woman are crazy! So, why run to the middle?

Why should conservatives run from our God-given right to protect our own families? The right to bear arms as protected by the 2nd amendment is nothing to be ashamed about! If we are truly concerned about gun violence, then let us address the mental health issues in this country! Yes, I include those of the previous paragraph in this group of mentally ill, violence-prone people.

A leftist should answer the question: who should neutralize a criminal threat trying to hurt you? If they say, “the police”, remind them that they want the police defunded! If police are not around and a citizen has no weapons, then anarchy and lawlessness prevails! Should a conservative race to meet these people in the middle?

An armed homeowner, can (at the very least) guarantee peace of mind. An armed citizen, most importantly, keeps a potentially tyrannical government from rising to power. If you think I’m being melodramatic, every single dictatorship in existence today, first confiscated the arms of the citizens.

I could go on and on, however, just one final thought. Any “conservative” running to the middle has no principles. In fact they aren’t conservative at all; they literally cannot take a stand nor do they believe in the principles that won them their election. By running to the middle they are meeting a leftist in the middle. They are no longer “conservatives”. They are watered down versions of what they proclaimed!

Leftists running to the middle are doing exactly what they should be doing: running from their warped ideology, so they can get elected! Unlike an unprincipled “conservative”, the leftist runs to the middle and runs right back to the left if elected. When both are running to the middle, the best manipulator wins!

United we STAND, by running we fall as the divided cowards we are!

I came to the realization that if I don’t bring this series to a close, I could easily spend the whole year on this topic. There are just so many disgraceful and erratically behaving activist judges out there who are laser-focused on destroying this country from within!

So, I’m going to end this series like a spectacular finale likened to a 4th of July fireworks show. I know you’ve enjoyed the individual explosions in the air of activist judges showcased thus far, but this finale will end with several colorful explosions to wow the reader! Do not fear, although this will conclude this series, I will occasionally revisit and showcase a scoundrel or two down the road.

I’m going to end with something within my expertise but consistent with this series. I am referring to immigration related issues that were exploited by judicial activists posing as judges.

These activist judges know that uncontrolled immigration and unenforced immigration laws helps leftist causes, so they unconstitutionally usurp the authority of the Executive and Legislative Branches. By doing so, they reign supreme as the last word in what has come to be known as “lawfare”.

We don’t have to go too deep into our cache of lawlessness examples than the recent case of Kilmar Abrego-Garcia. Abrego became known as “The Maryland man” by the fawning media and leftists everywhere. The media conveniently left out that Abrego was an illegal alien from El Salvador who had (not just one) but two final orders of deportation! 

What does this mean? It means that at least two Immigration Judges found him to be a deportable illegal alien. It is important to note that when someone is ordered deported by an immigration judge, they immediately get deported to their native country of origin. If they come back, the same deportation order is reinstated and the illegal alien is sent back home again. 

However, for some odd reason, Abrego’s order was not reinstated, he simply was ordered deported a 2nd time! In fact, Abrego was never removed at all! All the leftists and media talking heads are screaming for due process for Abrego. Yet, they have no clue that, he not only got due process, he got an extra day in court. 

Leftists will argue that he was not allowed to be deported because he had “protected status” as an alien who had claimed “credible fear”. However, if the law means anything anymore, he lost those “protections” when it was discovered that he lied about his gang activity and affiliation. He was also busy beating his wife, and very involved in illegal alien smuggling. 

Our very generous and lax immigration asylum laws had only one stipulation when they allowed him in: follow the law! As they say, “He had only one job!” That one job of staying out of trouble was too hard to do for a gang-banging criminal.

So, in short, he was graciously allowed to enter the United States in 2019 by claiming that he feared for his life because of gangs in his native El Salvador. He then was involved in gang activity as an MS-13 leader and smuggler of humans. Yes, you read that correctly: the man that “feared for his life because of gangs” was indeed a gang member. 

This is a deportable offense to have knowingly lied in order to gain access. Therefore, he was rightfully ordered deported but, for some erroneous reason, wasn’t deported. Instead, he was released, but to no one’s surprise, he was arrested again. This time for beating the snot out of his wife. Yes, the same wife that is parading herself before television cameras wanting her husband back! 

This crime of domestic violence is also a violation of the terms to which he was allowed in. Therefore, he was ordered deported again! Yet, he was never removed. Typically, domestic violence is taken very seriously by the left, but if you are an illegal alien, they look the other way.

Now that you’re all caught up with the facts, Abrego was finally deported when Trump got into office. Trump got reelected partly because of his support for enforcing immigration laws. In other words, Trump is doing the will of the people. However, Abrego is back just like a festering rash that just will not go away!

Why is Abrego here? Why can’t we get rid of him or any criminal alien for that matter? Let me give you all just a trio sampler of immigration activist judges. We will start with an activist U.S. District Court Judge from Middle Tennessee. Judge Waverly Crenshaw who burned the midnight oil to try to get Abrego returned while he was in midair flight back to his native El Salvador! 

What does Middle Tennessee have to do with Abrego-Garcia who was deported out of Maryland? The answer is nothing! Judge Crenshaw is not a judge, but a political hack! Therefore, Judge Crenshaw injected himself into the case to assure a future vote for Democrats didn’t get deported! Judge Crenshaw was not quick enough because Abrego was finally (not wrongfully) but rightfully deported. 

It didn’t stop Judge Crenshaw from ordering the Trump Administration to return Abrego immediately. The courts, on appeal by the Trump Administration, found that the Activist Judge Crenshaw had no legal standing because he was out of his jurisdiction. 

Lawlessness need not worry because U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis from Maryland said, “Hold my beer!” Judge Xinis ordered Abrego returned because he was “wrongfully deported and not served due process”. Furthermore, Judge Xinis ordered that the Trump Administration “should facilitate his re-entry”. The Supreme Court incredibly upheld this unlawful ruling.

Allow me to quickly further explain:1) Abrego is an illegal alien 2) Abrego (as mentioned) was served due process TWICE 3) Abrego (by law) no longer had credible fear protections due to his crime spree 4) The fact that the government was ordered to “facilitate his re-entry” is literally the verbiage used in written law as the charge for illegal alien smuggling! Anyone who “facilitates” the entry of an illegal alien is guilty of 8 USC 1324 (alien smuggling) a FELONY!

So, I’ll say again, it was an unlawful ruling. When Abrego returned, or technically got smuggled back in, ICE immediately arrested him and had him detained, while he was pending federal charges for alien smuggling. Without shame in her activism, Judge Xinis ordered Abrego released from ICE custody!

Xinis’ ruling stated that the government had no “legal reason to keep him detained.” I guess the TWO orders of deportation mean nothing then? That alone is legal standing, but judge Xinis had already shown her ignorance of the law by ordering the Trump Administration to return Abrego!

Xinis wasn’t through guaranteeing a safe haven for this wife-beating, gang-banging, illegal alien smuggling criminal alien! Xinis ruled that the government could not pursue illegal alien smuggling charges on Abrego because “they appeared to be retaliatory in nature.”

The government is not allowed to press charges on crimes that WERE committed? The actual committed crime is not in dispute, it was committed! This judge is simply not allowing charges to be filed because of what she perceives as retaliatory! This judge should be arrested along with Abrego!

Speaking of arrested, I’ll finish this article by highlighting an activist judge who was actually arrested because she “facilitated” the escape of an illegal alien! I’m talking about none other than County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

This class act was so vested in her activism that on April of 2025, she allowed a criminal illegal alien to escape through an area in her private chambers, while ICE agents waited for the proceedings to end to take him into custody.

Judge Dugan’s crime was pretty flagrant and egregious. However, how is it much different than the obstruction that Judge Xinis and Crenshaw did? They both are just as guilty of allowing a criminal alien to go free.

You know what is even more criminal than all of this? The fact that these criminal activist judges are allowed to ignore existing written immigration laws. The fact that they are allowed to rule and be the last word on immigration…something they apparently know nothing about.

I see it as my duty to introduce you to this week’s disgraced judge of the week on the Judging the Judges series: Judge Franklin Bynum, a self-described “Democratic Socialist”. He can self-describe as whatever he wants, but make no mistake, he checks all the boxes as an Activist Judge!

Judge Bynum, as a typical Activist Judge, got elected under the erroneous philosophical platform that systemic racism exists through inequitable arrests that target members of certain races. Judge Bynum got elected as a Misdemeanor Criminal Court Judge in Harris County (Houston) from 2019-2023.

Judge Bynum therefore believes that the only way to alleviate this “racism” is to go easy on judgments and sentencing of these “targeted criminals”.  Apparently, these “inequitable arrests” are happening very frequently because the same criminals are being arrested time and time again. Maybe (just maybe) it’s because Judge Bynum, and others like him, keep releasing them time and time again!

The Texas State Commission on Judicial Conduct issued a public reprimand on Bynum in which they cited several unbelievable examples of misconduct. This misconduct elevated to levels of “willful or persistent conduct that is clearly inconsistent with the proper performance of his duties and cast public discredit upon the judiciary and the administration of justice.”

In layman’s terms, the dude didn’t do the job he was supposed to do! One example of his misconduct included taking advantage of his position to advance his own self-interests in the promotion of his “social justice” views on “crime inequality.” 

Your own views should not ever be a consideration when judging a case. How about you stick to the facts? Are you seeing patterns yet with my series? These Activist Judges care nothing about justice and base their decisions solely on their extremist views.

Judge Bynum was also cited for showing extreme bias in favor of defendants and defense attorneys. Additionally Judge Bynum demonstrated extreme prejudice against the Harris County DA Office. Can you imagine being a victim and seeking justice in Judge Bynum’s courtroom? How would you feel with this biased judge on the bench? You’d more likely leave the courtroom feeling victimized yet again!

Fortunately, this reprimand was taken into account by voters. Typically, these types of voters keep reelecting these buffoons, but it was maybe more than the reprimand, it was Bynum’s own egocentric ways that led to his downfall.

If you see the cover picture used for this article, yes, that’s our infamous Judge Bynum! He was also cited for this specific social media post in which he is proudly wearing a “Defund Chicago Police” shirt. That post cast reasonable doubt that he could perform his duties impartially! To be impartial is kind of important when you are a “judge”.

My best and dear friend is a Judge. He’s hardly ever posting anything anymore on social media, since he was elected. You know why? It is because he’s ethical. He (of course) is free to post about family and other things that do not delve into things that are unbecoming of the position he proudly serves. 

I applaud impartial judges like my friend, even when he refuses to share or like my provocative articles! Kudos to you my friend, you leave the dirty work to me. I rejoice in judging the judges!

In this latest edition, I would like everyone to meet the despicable Patricia Martin a (now retired) Cook County Juvenile Court Judge. In fact, she was the Chairwoman and oversaw 12 other judges. She stole over $200,000 from her uncle Oscar Wilkerson.

Wilkerson’s family entrusted Judge Martin to handle all of his affairs. Why wouldn’t they trust her? She clearly had the legal savviness and stature. She (most importantly) was family, right?

However, the worst part of this betrayal is the fact that her uncle was a Tuskegee Airman!  This man was not just a historical figure, he was an American hero! By the way, Mr. Wilkerson had the distinction of being one of the last surviving Tuskegee Airmen!

If you don’t know much about the Tuskegee Airmen, please do yourself a favor and read up on this amazing group of men. The obstacles they had to overcome just to serve their country and how they served with distinction is an inspirational story of grit and patriotism.

This series of articles has been focused on Activist Judges. In all fairness to Judge Martin, I don’t know if her career was laced with activism. She fits the bill, however. In her last election she was elected with close to 70% of the vote. 

As a Black woman, which she (more than likely) used as a “qualification” to get elected in the reliably blue Cook County. I’m not putting down her actual legal experience, but I’d be willing to bet that she fully advertised her wonderful family history, which truly is remarkable. However, as remarkable as this history is, how does this qualify her to chair the Cook County Juvenile Court?

After law school, she served as a defense attorney for Cook County for 24 years! She either has a strong conviction for representing the “underrepresented”, or she wasn’t skilled enough to go into private practice or join some prestigious law firm. 

If it’s the 1st guess, then fighting for the “underrepresented” is consistent with the core of an Activist Judge. Although one may argue that it is a noble quality, it doesn’t match her character. Someone who fights for the “underrepresented”does not steal thousands upon thousands of dollars from their elderly esteemed uncle.

If it’s the 2nd guess that she wasn’t skilled enough, then the question is how did she get elected and hold a position of such prestige? I think her family history clearly distinguished her among all other candidates, so a little appreciation would have been in order to her famous uncle!

Once the crime was discovered, which subsequently led to her being charged, Judge Martin wrote, “Evidence would clearly and convincingly establish the facts and conclusions of misconduct.” This led to her losing her law license.

During the lawsuit, Judge Martin delayed, obstructed, and defied court orders throughout the entire process. She often failed to show up to court proceedings.

The judge in charge over this lawsuit ordered Judge Martin to halt all financial transactions during the course of the proceedings. She also defied that order and executed over 11 transactions in a span of 18 months. These transactions included the moving of Wilkerson’s money into virtually untraceable bitcoin and crypto assets.

In other words, Judge Martin felt absolutely no shame. She was hell bent determined to keep all this money she had stolen! 

The only reason her theft was brought to light was because the nursing home where Wilkerson was a resident advised that they hadn’t been paid in 4 months for a debt total of $41,000! Remember: Judge Martin was in charge of ALL of Wilkerson’s affairs!

Ultimately, Judge Martin was found guilty of misconduct and was ordered to pay the estate of Oscar Wilkerson 3 times the amount she stole (1.1 million).

I’m not finished with the wickedness of this judge! She knew what she was doing all along. The delays, obstruction, and all the other stall tactics paid off (for her at least). Oscar Wilkerson passed away and Judge Martin quickly moved to throw out the case’s ruling of 1.1 million dollars, which she succeeded.

In the end, she didn’t pay any restitution to the estate. She was disbarred, but she did not lose her pension. She quietly plead guilty to one felony theft count. Although she was also charged with money laundering and financial exploitation of an elderly person, only one felony count was enforced.

Judge Martin didn’t serve one day in jail. She was sentenced to 4 years probation! 

Oscar Wilkerson fought many battles while serving his country. He was put in harm’s way even through segregation as one of America’s first Black pilots. No one can question Mr. Wilkerson’s allegiance to this Republic. The only thing left to question is whether there is “Justice for all.”

Please meet Bexar County Court 13 Judge Rosie Speedlin Gonzalez who faces a two count indictment for unlawful detaining by a judge (2nd degree felony) and official repression (misdemeanor). 

These grand jury indictments stem from a December 2024 incident where she ordered Court Officers to handcuff a defense attorney (Elizabeth Russell) with whom Gonzalez was having a heated argument. After having the defense attorney handcuffed and thrown into a jury box, Gonzalez (not yet fully satisfied) allegedly began to berate her. 

She scolded her like a kid in time out! Truth be told, I don’t know the exact exchange that transpired, but evidently there was enough evidence to indict the judge. The judge will be judged in due time.

Courtroom staff had testified that this was but one example of a long list of erratic behavior on the part of the judge. It is important to note that Judge Gonzalez’ job entails presiding over a “REFLEJO” Court, which deals with special cases involving domestic violence. 

One requirement that the REFLEJO court expects is the avoidance of any trauma-inducing behaviors such as yelling and other hostile behaviors. I would venture to say that handcuffing an attorney because she wouldn’t “shut up” falls within these triggering behaviors.

Let’s go to the beginning, shall we? Although a County Court Judge doesn’t require a law degree, Judge Gonzalez (surprisingly) has a degree from Saint Mary’s School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. As is customary with activist judges, they feel like they are the saviors of the “underrepresented”classes.

Judge Gonzalez got elected in 2018 and began serving as Bexar County Court Judge in 2019. Judge Gonzalez undoubtedly ran and got elected through her “qualifications” as a gay woman. Judge Gonzalez wasted no time in touting her “qualifications” by prominently displaying a rainbow flag in her courtroom. She is loud and proud to be a LBGTQ member. If you observe her picture, you can tell that she requires no flag to represent her sexuality.

After a complaint, Judge Gonzalez was ordered to remove the flag and other rainbow symbols in her courtroom after receiving a public reprimand from the State Committee on Judicial Conduct. Judge Gonzalez fought it but the reprimand was subsequently affirmed by the Texas Supreme Court.

As one can observe, Judge Gonzalez is so focused on her identity and ideology that the rule of law goes out the window. If she had focused on law, she probably wouldn’t have illegally restrained an attorney in her courtroom. 

I don’t begrudge her enthusiasm in displaying her pride or whatever statement she wants to make on her own time. However, when she’s behind that bench and wearing that robe, her only “qualification” that matters is her knowledge of the law! That courtroom is not there for her virtue signaling purposes. I’m sure any victim of domestic violence went there seeking justice and left even more traumatized.

Needless to say, Judge Gonzalez turned herself in after being indicted and was subsequently released on bond. Judge Gonzalez is up for reelection this year and will face a primary challenge next month, unless the State Committee on Judicial Conduct moves quickly to suspend her.

These stories write themselves! Does this Activist Judge deserve jail time? Does she deserve to lose her gavel? I’ll let my intelligent reader be the judge! Stay tuned for Act II.
